Find the best way to relieve stress with your own easy ways, can easily done everywhere, cheap, healthy, kosher, and enjoyable. For examples: remove stress by listening to enjoyable music which can get rid loads of mind, playing video games, playing music, doing some sport, chat with friends, vent, play non-gambling card, healthy relationship, eating, doing intimate relationship with a legitimate partner, hanging out in the lavatories, a trip to the mall, singing, playing a small children’s toys, gardening, fishing, shouted in a quiet place, sleep, etc.

The point is relaxed while living your life even though many problems exist. Why living a stressful life? Feel depressed isn’t good for our life. You should not let your emotions control and take the best of you, because uncontrolled emotions sometimes become vindictive, hurting, etc.
